Greetings to every one of you in the only name worth uttering or thinking about, Jesus the Christ.

My hope and prayer is simply this, as you visit this link, you learn and love "Him" the Lord Jesus, more and more each day.

I have the distinct divine privilege to serve as pastor to God's precious people, affectionately known as the "Zion Baptist Church Family" here in Brunswick Georgia.

Should life's paths ever navigate you to our city here in the Golden Isles of Brunswick, please come and share with us in an exciting, energetic, empowering experience in the worship experience.

We are a passionate church with passionate people....Enriching and enpowering lives through God's holy word. (2 Timothy 2:15)

The reason I know you will be blessed beyond measure is because I expect nothing less, and the Lord's promise found in the above text ( Eph. 3:20), declares that the Lord will supercede all of our expectations. I look forward to seeing your face in the place as we seek His face and His favor in corporate worship.

Peace & Blessings,

Rev. Craig B. Campbell

Reverend Craig B. Campbell was born in Brunswick, GA and reared in Glynn County. Rev. Campbell received Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at an early age. Rev. Campbell was baptized by the late Reverend G. E. Darrisaw, former pastor of Zion Baptist Church, and he has been a devout servant of the Lord since that time. Rev. Campbell has committed his service and duty for the up building of God's Kingdom. Rev. Campbell is the proud son of the late Mr. Buster Campbell and Minister Wilma J. Coley, and he is the second child and/or son of three siblings.

Rev. Campbell attended Brunswick High School in Brunswick, Georgia from 1982-1986 and was active in basketball, football, and track. Upon completion of high school, he entered Fort Valley State College for two years and transferred to Georgia Southern University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in June, 1991. God blessed Rev. Campbell with a beautiful bride, Mrs. Tracie Campbell, who has been by his side since early high school days. They were married in 1992. They have been blessed with one daughter, Dezaniek Campbell.

Rev. Campbell joined Zion Baptist Church at an early age. He has served in numerous capacities within ZBC ministry which includes Sunday school teacher, former Vice Chairman of Trustee Ministry, and Chairman of the Benevolence Ministry. On July 28, 2002, Rev. Campbell was licensed to preach the Gospel by Reverend Michael V. Norris, the former Pastor/Servant of Zion Baptist Church in Brunswick, GA.  Also, on July 28, 2002, he was ordained to preach the Gospel under the leadership of Rev. Michael V. Norris in Brunswick, GA.  Moreover, on January 20, 2008, he was officially installed as Zion's first Youth Pastor. The Lord continued to shower him with blessings by allowing him to become a very faithful and committed servant to the Zion family and surrounding community.

Thus, Rev. Campbell with the confidence of Zion's congregation, was accepted on April 17, 2008, to serve as Interim Pastor. Rev. Campbell has been under the spiritual tutelage of Zion's former Pastor, Michael V. Norris. Recognizing the potential and desire, Rev. Campbell, has and continues to spread the gospel throughout the congregation, and Reverend Norris willingly imparted and shared much of his spiritual insight and wisdom with him. On October, 12, 2008, Zion Baptist Church family accepted via congregational vote, Rev. Campbell, as its Pastor/Undershepherd.  Rev. Campbell has demonstrated Godly leadership and a sincere love for Christ. Rev. Campbell has consistently shown the Lord's calling upon his life and he utilizes the gifts that God has given him to encourage, uplift, and empower God's people. Two of Rev. Campbell's favorite Bible verses are "All those who want to be my disciples must come and follow me.And if they follow me, the Father will honor them" (John 12:26 NLT, emphasis added). "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith" (Hebrews 12:2 NIV).
